At La Papeterie de Noa, we carefully prepare each order from South Korea.

However, if you change your mind or if there is a problem with your order, you will find information about returns, refunds, and your right of withdrawal below.

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the regulations applicable to distance selling to consumers, you generally have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or incur any penalty.

When an order contains several products delivered separately, the period runs from the receipt of the last product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision before the expiration of the 14-day period.

2. How to make a return request?

Before returning an item, please contact us by email so that we can provide you with the necessary return information.

Your request should ideally specify:

• your first and last name;
• your order number;
• the products concerned;
• the date of receipt of the order;
• the reason for the return, if you wish to provide one.

We will then tell you the procedure to follow to return your order.

Please do not return a package without contacting us beforehand.

3. Condition of returned products

As part of the right of withdrawal, products must be returned in a condition that allows them to be resold.

You must handle the products only as much as necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.

You may be held liable for any depreciation of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, or proper functioning.

Whenever possible, we recommend that you keep the original packaging and protection until you are sure you want to keep the products.

4. Return shipping costs

When exercising the right of withdrawal, direct return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless applicable regulations provide otherwise or if the returned product is defective or non-compliant.

Given that La Papeterie de Noa is located in South Korea, international shipping costs to return a product can be significant.

We therefore recommend that you contact us before any return to find out the procedure applicable to your situation.

5. Refund after withdrawal

When the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, La Papeterie de Noa refunds the amounts corresponding to the returned products as well as, if applicable, the standard delivery costs initially paid by the customer.

The refund is made using the same payment method as that used for the order, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

The refund may be deferred until the returned products are recovered or until the customer provides proof of their shipment, the date chosen being the first of these events.

The refund is made as soon as possible and in accordance with the deadlines provided by the applicable regulations.

6. Shipping costs

In the event of withdrawal, any additional costs paid by the customer for choosing a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method offered by La Papeterie de Noa are not necessarily refundable, in accordance with applicable regulations.

7. Damaged, defective or non-compliant products

If you receive a product that is:

• damaged;
• defective;
• incomplete;

We invite you, whenever possible, to attach photographs of the product and its packaging.

This will allow us to quickly understand the situation and offer you the appropriate solution.

The consumer's legal rights regarding the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, when applicable, remain fully preserved.

The return costs for a defective or non-compliant product are not treated in the same way as the return costs related to a simple change of mind.

8. Products that cannot be subject to withdrawal

The right of withdrawal has certain exceptions provided for by law.

When one of these exceptions is applicable to a product offered on La Papeterie de Noa, the corresponding information will be indicated to the customer before the conclusion of the sale.

For example, certain products manufactured or customized specifically according to the customer's specifications may be excluded from the right of withdrawal under the conditions provided for by the regulations.

9. Refused or unclaimed package

Simply refusing a package or not picking it up from the postal service does not necessarily constitute a valid request to exercise the right of withdrawal.

10. Taxes and import fees in case of return

Since orders are shipped from South Korea to France, an international return may be subject to postal or customs formalities.

Any fees, taxes, or duties related to the return must be handled in accordance with the rules applicable to the situation concerned.

If import fees were paid by the customer upon receipt of the order, their refund depends in particular on the nature of these fees and the applicable rules. La Papeterie de Noa therefore cannot guarantee the automatic refund of taxes or fees collected by customs authorities or by the carrier.

We invite you to contact us before any return to avoid as much as possible unnecessary costs or procedures.

11. Orders already shipped

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to prevent its shipment when it is still technically possible.

If the order has already been shipped, it may be necessary to wait for its receipt and then exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with the procedure indicated above.
